Return and Refund Policy
The policy that applies to your purchase is based on where the transaction was completed. An order placed through our website is considered an online purchase, including when it is picked up at our store.
In-Store Purchases
New items
New, unused items in their original condition and packaging are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase.
The original sales receipt is required. Items must include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and components. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Used items
All used equipment purchased in store is final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on used products.
We may consider used equipment for trade-in toward a separate purchase at our discretion. A trade-in is a new transaction and is not a return, exchange, or refund of the original purchase.
Online Purchases
All products sold through our online store are pre-owned and are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges because of buyer’s remorse, fit, preference, or ordinary wear that was shown or disclosed in the product listing.
Each used item is individually photographed and described. Its cosmetic condition, specifications, and signs of wear may differ from other items of the same brand or model. Please review the complete listing and photographs before purchasing.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Materially Misdescribed Online Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your order was damaged during shipping, you received the wrong item, or the item materially differs from its product description, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@golfshopgastonia.com.
Include:
- Your name and order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item
- Photographs of the shipping box, packing materials, and shipping label
Keep the item and all original packaging while we review your claim. Do not ship an item back without prior authorization.
If we approve your claim, we will provide return instructions and an appropriate resolution. We will cover reasonable return-shipping costs for an approved damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed item. Original shipping charges are otherwise non-refundable.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
